A guide to the instructions, stats, wind pill, map modes and controls you see while navigating in Tailwind GPS.
Your next turn
The instruction at the top tells you what to do next and how far away it is.
Your stats
Swipe through the views to see Speed, Distance, Remaining, Elapsed and To turn. The dots show which view you are on.
The wind pill
This shows whether you have a Headwind, Tailwind or Crosswind right now.
The controls
- Pause and Resume stop and restart the ride.
- Finish ends the ride and shows your summary.
- North up and heading up change how the map turns.
- The theme button switches between light and dark.
- Mute and Enable control voice prompts.
- Back to map leaves navigation.
