I can't sign in
Fixes for sign-in links that do not arrive, too many requests, and Strava or Google sign-in problems.
Tailwind does not use passwords. You sign in with Google, a link sent by email, or Strava if your existing account is connected.
The email has not arrived
- Wait a minute, then check your spam or junk folder.
- Make sure you typed the right address.
- Search your inbox for Tailwind.
"That's a few links in a row"
You have asked for several links in a short time. Wait a little before you try again, and use the newest email.
Strava sign-in does not work
Sign in with Strava is for existing accounts only. If you are new, sign up with Google or email, then connect Strava.
I have the wrong account
Make sure you use the same method and address as before, because a different email may create a new account.
