My route has no score
Why a ride shows Scoring or No score for this time, and what you can do about it.
It says Scoring…
New rides take a little time to score. Wait a minute, then reload the page.
It says No score for this time
Check that your chosen time is inside your forecast range and your scoring hours:
- Is it within 3 days on Free or 14 days on Pro?
- Is the hour inside your scoring hours?
- Is the time in the past? Choose an hour later today.
It has been a while
If a ride still has no score after a few minutes, contact us and include the ride's name.
