Strava import problems

What to do when your Strava routes or activities do not appear, or when Tailwind reports a missing permission.

No activities appear

Tailwind lists cycling activities with GPS from the last 90 days. A message says so if none match. Check your filters, and make sure the ride was recorded as a ride with GPS.

Missing read_all scope

You did not grant all the permissions when you connected. Disconnect and reconnect Strava, and leave all the boxes ticked.

A ride is already imported

Rides you already have are marked Already imported to your routes. Turn on Show imported to see them.

Another option

Export the ride as a GPX file from Strava, then upload it.
